A Reflection of Our Values At Designer Discreet

Dear customers,

We would like to share a story with you which we hope will translate our belief and stance as a company. Often we find that replica companies have a very negative reputation online, and are known as scammers and cheats. At Designer Discreet, since we opened over 10 years ago we have been striving to refute this stereotype and prove to our customers that we are here to serve them with good quality products & good customer service. We want our clients to be satisfied when they purchase from us, and we have full integrity when it comes to getting their package to them.

Recently we had a one-off situation in which a small batch of 25 parcels were seized. 99.9% of our parcels go through without any customs issues, so this one-off seizure was a shock to us. If we were an unethical company, we would simply turn a blind eye and tell our clients that they were all out of luck since we cannot and do not guarantee parcels go through customs. However we felt a weight upon ourselves to empathize with the extreme bad luck of these clients (as we said before seizures hardly happen) so we decided to reship everyone’s parcels free of any charge.

We would like to share this story in order to show everyone that we are not a company that is simply trying to sell as many items as possible, but that we actually care about each client individually & we always do our best to do what is right for the clients. We have included an order list below of all the items seized during this particular surprise occasion.

      Hi dear it usually takes about a week to get orders to Europe via DHL.

    So: My question is: since you said you can’t guarantee parcels going through customs, if this happens again: does the customer receive a refund for their payment for the purchase of their handbags, or will you just send the items again? I’ve been wanting to order from you guys: but this has me a bit concerned.

      Hi dear there is a 1 in 1000 chance it may happen. It is a very rare circumstance & we help our clients out when it happens to the best of our ability. You don’t need to worry since it is such a rare occurence. 🙂

      Yes, one of those was my bags. They sent another and it arrived like 3-4 days later! The shipping is super fast! They have the best customer service!!!

    Hi there, I really want to order from your website but not sure about the payment. How secure is it if I western union the money? And do I need to pay for any extra when it arrives in Finland? Like customs?

      Hi Sara, Western Union is safe if you trust the other side. We have been in business for over 10 years & have built our reputation on trust we treat your money like our own and take your trust very seriously. We use DHL to ship to Finland. The customs depends on the country. Usually 1 in 1000 clients pay for customs. Have you ordered out of the country before?

    I just wanted to let everyone know that I decided to purchase a bag and had trouble with WUgetting my funds to DD because of their accounts were full. I continued to get emails from Sue asking me to try again ( I have NEVER used WU before and was a little scared). After trying twice and having to get refunds from WU I got an email from Remi telling me that they opened an account just for me and to try one more time. I did, and just got notice from WU that it was received. PEOPLE don’t be afraid to work with this company because they have bent over backwards to try and help me. I have no fear that someday soon I will receive my bag and that I will love it. Thank You Designer Discreet for not giving up on me.
